Hi i am using datapath RGBE2S capture card. When feed is coming its working fine. When feed is disconnected, screen shows no signal. But when feed come back again, watchout hangs. Now i have to restart the server. I also uses datapath AVSDI. it does not work the same way. Either signal is on or of, it works. Any one facing issue with RBGE2S? another issue. When connected to a LED screen, if i put a plain backdrop or any image, screen is fine. But as soon i put live camera feed or laptop feed (using RGBE2S) in pip, the screen flickers after every small bit. Any suggestions.

hi, i just encounterd a problem at a show. i was doing 75x15 feet screen using 4 full HD projectors, at a time i had to play a 1920x1080 file in 2 PIPs with a static BG. file was mpeg2 with saperate audio in .wav format. i was extracting audio from slave machine. using only 1 slave for 4 projectors. we did complete day rehersal and video played smooth. another day when i played video, after around 30 sec of playback, complete Watchout screen turn blackout. audio stopped, but file was playing in production machine. i stopped timeline, updated(ctrl D) and played timeline again.. didnt work. again update and played timeline.. this time it worked well and no more screw ups. now i want to know if slave machine got hanged, then video should be paused at some frame and should not go blackout. why this happenend, any idea. i was using version 6.

hi, i tried extracting audio file from a .mp4 video, from quick time pro. i encoded at following settings format- linear pcm channels- stereo(LR) rate- 48.000, 44.100, 32.000 khz (i did on all 3) quality - normal sample size- 16 OK this is how i got 3 extracted .wav files. when i tried putting these files individualy with the .mp4 video, i encountered a problem, when i play timeline, audio lags behind video at start, and after 5-6 seconds, both matches. this happened with 10 files i tried upon. can you suggests what should be the ideal settings for audio .wav format recommended for watchout.

also when i uploaded saperate audio file in wav format, it dont uploads on display server, network crashes.

hi, i encountered a problem in a recent show, i tried playing video files, but video files pauses on display server after 15sec on its own, but work smoth on production server stage window. then if i pause and play , video files start playing on display server but again pauses after 15 sec. i tried all video formats .mpg, .mp4, .mov, .wmv.... no luck. even i tried changing bit rate from minimum to maximum, no luck again. i trid changing 3 different display servers,.. no luck. have any one encountered such a problem ever..?? what could be possible happening. please share. although i formatted my systems and re installed windows and made new servers. now all files working fine.

i would really love to have a feature like we may be using 1 output of multiple output graphic card as production, and other outputs as display.

hi, i have used 2 - vision AV sdi datapath cards simultaneously and captured 4 HDsdi with 2 composites simultaneously. it works fine.
