I solved the problem with the Enttec ODE Interface!!! I tried different settings with ODE Interface. this will work: - Enttec ODE: Output DMX, Universe 0 - Watchout DMX setting: In 1, Out 0 Regards Peter

Ok this is our result with the Kissbox and the Enttec ODE Interface: - Kissbox version 3 (newest version) does not work! - Kissbox version 2 works, without any problems - Enttec ODE (Open DMX Ethernet) Firmware Version: 2.2 (Rev 3 ), does not work! Maybe it's also a hard- or software problem. If anyone got an working Enttec Interface please give us a reply, or does anyone from Dataton has tested the Enttec Box? Regards Peter

Thanks for your reply. It does still not work with enttec ODE or Kissbox. Our Kissbox has a complete new hard- and software. So we will get an older Kissbox from our dealer, to check if old one will work. Regards Peter

Hello, we are trying to control some LED-Lights via Watchout. We got a Kissbox and an Enttec ODE Interface. Controlling the Lights with a DMX-Software over PC is no problem, but controlling the lights with Watchout doesn't work. The DMX Univers output (Watchout) is set to "0", the same setting as the DMX Interface and the DMX Interface is in the same IP-Range as the Display- and the Produktion PC. Has anyone experience with one of these DMX Interfaces and how they should be configured? Thanks Peter

The problem is solved. It seemed to be a bug in the 5.0 version. I used the Tier function, but after activating the "Mask by Displays" option, I got a rendering error and the display window was completely black. After installing the version 5.1 it works fine. Thanks Peter

Hi, I got 3 screens side by side (left - center - right, no softedge), how can I avoid to see pictures/movies from the center screen also on the left and right screens and visa versa. Can I use the "tier function" or do I have to use masks? Thanks Peter

We hire our Dongles to other companies. Do v5 Dongles run together with v4 Dongles in version 4 Shows? We are planning to update our Dongles but we have to be compatible to our colleagues until they change to v5. Regards Peter
