i tried to reinstall windows source/Production/Display computer!

thank Jonas,I installed vnc only on the source computer but warning " from display "Display 1" of stage tier "base" of stage, 2012-09-07 13:47:16 Warning: VNC Server slow: 192.168.1.7

I installed RealVNC and configure the password but when add Computer screen then blue screen.I've tried a lot.
