  1. Mask function is working. But you must create the mask file yourself. If you drag the file you created to the mask window, it will work. I hope they will improve this feature in future versions. There may be a webview2 problem. I recommend you upgrade to the latest version.
  2. They said that they will provide support in line with the users' requests in the future. Seems like a lot of people want to use Blackmagic DeckLink cards.
  3. Did you install all components during installation?
  4. Due to extreme physical restrictions, we are forced to use projectors with different projection areas and orientations. We can normalise the brightness (with different ANSILUMEN projectors) and pixel density with the help of Watchout. However when we apply WO soft edge blending the outcome is notgood enough. We also tried masking.. A 3rd option could be using masking with 3D projectors. Any suggestions will highly be appreciated. Thanks Please see the draft projector placements picture
  5. Your CPU's PCI Express Lanes are sufficient for the GPU only. Your capture card is x8. You can only install x4 size cards on this motherboard. Note that when you install x4 card, GPU will work as x8.
  6. Do you see a very short image on your screen when you press Ctrl+D? If so, your problem is the NIC. You need to put your NIC sequence first in Production Computer.
  7. There may be hidden NICs in your operating system that you cannot see under the "Network Settings" window. For example, virtual Windows NICs. First, the default NIC should be the one you use with the cable.
  8. The HAP codec will work best for you. Pay attention to the track value when creating video with the HAP codec. Also, a high-speed PCIe SSD is required. Make sure your video card driver and processor are not in power saving mode.
  9. I checked your WP related page. I wanted to know if you know about Watchmax. Thanks for the answer.
  10. Thanks Jim.Last revision for WATCHMAX 2.0 is r15?
  11. To request from local Dataton partner. It would be nice to have a web page where we can follow the latest update image (ISO-file) versions of all WATCHPAX.
  12. I am preparing a show with watchout live update. I'm shutting down the Production computer for a short break. When I open it again, all the files are reloaded. Why does it reload everything every time?
  13. I don't think it's cache related. Watchout uses Directshow. If you install the K-Lite codec pack, this codec will install a different Directshow along with it. Watchout may want to use the codec pack instead of Windows' built-in Directshow. That will cause problems.
  14. I would always prefer a configuration with ECC memory. Your config is also nice config for performance. Your processor supports PCI Express Lanes 48 and Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (Intel® VROC). I recommend doing Virtual RAID with HYPER M.2 X16 GEN 4 CARD. This will be very helpful in using HAP codec media. Beware, you have to configure your PCIe correctly on the motherboard.
  15. Ctrl+W and then Ctrl+Alt+Del launch the task manager. Click the File menu and then select "Run new task". Type "explorer.exe" in the Run box and press "OK" to launch Windows Explorer. Note that the WATCHPAX 60 disk is write protected (Unified Write Filter (UWF)). Except for the changes you made in Watchout, other changes will disappear after the restart.
  16. I haven't had any temperature issues. I used the coolers on the motherboard. What will your watchout usage be like? Will it be for 24/7 use or for show screenings? Installing a cooler is always a better solution. I would recommend a cooler, especially if it is a system that will run 24/7. The cooler the thing, which applies to the entire computer system, the better the stability will be.
  17. I don't think there will ever be such a list. The list will vary with your other computer components and software capabilities. My advice is not to use WX7100 and WX9100 external AMD cards. You can use Nvidia chipset cards. This way you will have more chances.
  18. I recommend giving priority to enterprise versions of amd drivers.
  19. No one can recommend such equipment to you. Hi-end systems vary according to knowledge and skill. I have prepared servers in many different configurations, and I have not had a problem with any of them. But I've seen people who are preparing another system in the same configuration have problems. It is difficult to prepare a hi-end system. You should prepare the server according to your needs and skills.
  20. Your server configuration looks fine. I created a system with parts for it. I ran watchout stable. I recommend the Samsung 980 pro. Because you are creating a new generation PCIe 4.0 system. Why are you using PCIe 3.0 NVMe?
  21. We use Windows 11 on our Production PCs. We have realized many projects and have not had any problems.
  22. Make your normal settings on Watchout. Try step by step, reducing the output of the source computer from 60 hertz on the computer. After capturing the signal, go back to the hertz setting you want. The important thing is that Black Magic cards catch the signal once, then they will not forget it.
  23. Blackmagic drivers are not very good in detecting the incoming signal parameters. Are you using Windows 10 ? Try running WATCHPOINT.EXE (Display) as an administrator. Don't work with WDM. Don't forget to choose Decklink. If you don't get results, try custom resolution 4096 x 2160 60.02 hz. Good luck.
  24. Your settings should be: * Source computer = 4096 x 2160px 60hz * WO Window (Ctrl + W) = Decklink * WO live video input resolution (custom) = 4096 x 2149px 60hz
