Moderator jfk Posted July 19, 2017 Moderator Report Share Posted July 19, 2017 I suspect the error message has more information than that and so all we can do is guess at the cause. Please be specific on the error message, indicate the WATCHOUT version and indicate the Windows version. We commonly see this error when the input device is incorrectly configured in WATCHOUT Produciton. If Live Preview is selected Production will generate an error if there is no capture card properly configured in the Production Comptuer. Media Works Posted July 21, 2017 Author Report Share Posted July 21, 2017 Sorry for the late reply, actually i tried in different port in capture card with the same setting and it worked, but i want to know why it didn't work previously(tried so many times). here are the info you needed as follows WATCHMAX SERVER WATCHOUT VERSION 6.1.6 VISION SC HD4+ CAPTURE CARD and one more thing, while on live feed from camera, video getting pix elated at some point. please help me out. thanks in advance. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
