Motherboard ASUS TUF Z270 Mark1

Hi everybody,

a client of mine decided to buy "by themselves" a display pc to manage their 6 pieces ledwall.

They bought this pc to replace their old display one.

These are the pc spec. :

motherboard ASUS TUF z270 mark1
intel core i7 7700k 4.2GHz
SSD Kingston 120GB A400
SSD Samsung 500GB  960 EVO
Corsair Kit vengeance LEd DDR4 - 2666 CL16

Magewell Pro Capture Quad HDMI

Cooler Master v850 80plus gold

....

all under Windows 10 pro edition (genuine).

They own 3 "watchout 5" licenses (1 is for backup), and they use 5.5.2 version of dataton's software.

When they tried to install watchout on this computer they were unable to access to the display's software from the producer.

Each time they get this error :

Operating System Error: -2147467259; Unspcified Error; Too Complex effects

after reading your forum's posts, I've tried to disable the integrated video card, and I also tricked the OS according to your suggestions.

I even installed the directx 9c libraries.

But nothing changed.

So, studying this motherboard I realized that the AI, which manage everything, did not really disable the on-board video card, but it just place it in a kind of sleep modality.

Even ASUS confirmed this, after I emailed 'em.

Someone knows a way to make some trick on this motherboard or on its driver, in order to solve this problem?

Someone already had to deal with this piece of hardware?

I tried to put the ATI Firepro as the primary card in the bios settings.... got the error!

I tried to use only the integrated intel video card, but the display software frozen in the splash screen.

I have to admit that I'm just a newbie in the watchout world, and I don't really know what to do more.

Can someone help me?

thanks in advance
