It's worked without a wave file.
I didn't try other audio formats.
When I moved the audio away from the display, I don't have an error, but the sound doesn't work.
Interestingly, the old project (without updating) with the same audio file worked well.

I have a problem with one of my client's Watchout systems.
The system works with the 5.5.2 version and Win 7 64-bit.
Whenever I try to update the project with the audio file, the display app crashes with an error message on the produce software (please picture and log file from the display app attached).
The old project with audio files in the display computer worked well.

How can I improve an edge blending in mixed video content?
I have 6 DLP projectors, 3 projecting on the wall and another 3 projecting on the floor.
On the wall displayed content filmed on the beach (in daylight), and after a certain time, displayed a shot filmed in the evening.
The transition between the contents causes the edge blend to show bad between projectors.
If I adjust the edge blend to the brightness content, you can actually see the seam in the dark content and the opposite.
What is the solution to such a situation?
Is it possible to create a dynamic edge blend that will depend on time or content?Best regards,

What is recommended video codec for 4k and above resolution ?

Hello,
I created video file ( mp4 H265 codec) with 4K resolution.
When I trying to run this file from the timeline (watchout production ver 6.6.1), the file did not run at all.
When I try to transfer this file to player, same thing happen.
What could be the problem ? (the file playing well in windows)

But the p4000 should have DisplayPort and should not be affected by this setting?
The card have 4 DP. I'm connect only 2 outputs.
It's windows 7 with latest Quadro drivers.
Have you checked the settings for the colour range. I remember NVidea cards used to go from 16-255 instead of 0-255. You can change this in the graphic card settings.
I changed the setting in NVidia control power (picture attached) ,and it doesn't help.

I have problem with Quadro p4000 card.
Watchout version is 5.5.2
There are differences in the colors between png files and video files.
Same project works well with AMD graphic card

Can version 5 work with Windows 10?
I've installed a new system for my client.
I get an error (picture attached) when I go Online with Production software.
All screens on the display system are black.
