  1. Thanks - I will try updating again. Has the updates between 6.2 and 6.2.2 had a lot to do with the 3d-mapping? The system is running in cluster mode yes, with no Production machine.
  2. Hi All We have a fixed installation at a museum. We are using Watchout 6.2 for geometric mapping onto a 3d-model in Watchout. The setup uses 3 projectors with overlap, projecting on a physical structure. Usually this works fine, but more than 5 times now over 1 year, we have experienced that Watchout looses its mapping, and from that point on the mapping is not correct, and wan't be correct before we adjust again with the production software. When the mapping is offset, we tried adjusting the projectors to see if the problem could be them moving, but the mapping is offset in a way that projector adjustments would not be able to solve, and therefor not a physical problem, but more likely a software-problem. The installation shuts off each evening and turns on each morning. The Watchout show is startet and shut down from a control-system (Medialon). Does anyone have similar experiences with a fixed installation using the 3d-mapping features? Best regards Kasper
  3. Little update: I needed to make a input fade, and I was sending a "SetInput" command for every step in the fade. (99, 98, 97, 96..... and so on) This was to much for Watchout. But then I was told to use this instead: Do you use the "setInput" fade parameter? Example: "setInput GenInp1 100 1000$0D" equals to -> set generic input "GenInp1" fading from current value to 100 on 1000ms (1 sec) Worked perfect, even with 22 inputs fading up and down at the same time - Thanks
  4. When using the Watchnet, you have to consolidate your watchout project and wrap it as a zip/wob file to load it in to watchnet. If I make a correction on the watchout-file, or a media-file, will I then have to do all this again? /Kasper
  5. Is there a way to get 5.1 sound (or higher) out of the Watchpax 2? As I see it, it has only 1 analog minijack out? I would NOT like to use USB-audio interface for permanent installations, because they can be very unstable with the USB. Can i get sound out from the two display ports? /Kasper
  6. I’m doing a installation with Watchout, where I have 24 tcp/ip inputs from a Unity computer in to watchout, sending variables from 0-100. I am controlling the opacity on 12 still images and the volume on 12 sound files with these inputs. I am experiences a problem. When I am sending inputs on all 24 inputs Watchout will after 20-30 seconds freeze up for 3-5 seconds. It is not making the white overlay (program not responding) But it is just frozen. I am using Watchout 5.5.1 Are there a limit to how many inputs I can use at the same time? Do you have any experiences like this?
  7. Jonas - I have the exact same problem with the blinking DIS and no picture shown in the show after upgrading from 5.5 to 5.5.1 Kasper - No Parking
