  1. Yes, I've assigned them as 192.168.0.7 and 192.168.0.8 Subnet is 255 etc Still isn't working. We're having to use an external control to shutter the projectors this run, but I'd love to figure this out for the future.
  2. Hi, Yes, that was a typo. We're still not having any luck getting the internal downer command to work consistently. Are there any other suggestions? Thank you so much!
  3. Hi all, Thanks for the suggestions, and links etc. We've tried everything and it still doesn't work through watchout. We can use a separate program and can make it work so through process of elimination it's watchout that's not working. We're using 2 Panasonic pt-dz870u We also know quite a few other people having this problem with panasonics and watchout. Any other advice would be most welcome. Thanks!
  4. Hi, I've searched through the forum looking for answer to the problem I'm having right now with watch out and two panasonic projectors and couldn't find what I need. I'm trying to open and close the shutter from the timeline in watch out. I got both projectors to close once and then it wouldn't continue to work. I took the admin password away for the panasonics….still didn't work. Using these two strings: to close: %1AVMT 31$0D to open %1AVMT 30$0D Any thoughts on how I can the my panasonics and watch out to communicate? Thanks!
  5. Hello, In the past I've used an older version of Watchout or opted to use one display computer for each projector I've been using in a show with Watchout. I'm in the process of setting up two projectors to connect to one display computer and I just can't get both projectors to work at the same time. I've made a Display with the same resolution in on Watchout production computer. Named them to the same IP address with different outs, then tested to make sure the computers were talking to each out and gotten the green light. Then I've connected both projectors to the same graphics card, one in the DVI port and the other with a mini display to vga connector. I can only get the projectors to connect to watchout through that one DVI port on the graphics card. Am I missing something in the settings (I'm a MAC person), or should I be using a DVI cable that connects to that one port then splits into two VGAs? But then would that mean I wouldn't have control over what was being shown on each projector as the big image was split in two right down the middle? I'm sorry if this is a question that seems silly, but I can't figure it out and I could use the help. Thanks! Hangam
