I did everything I could think of but no chance... I believe problem should be Win 7 Enterprise edition that comes as OEM on workstations like HP or Dell... I guess Enterprise edition should be avoided p.s. I'm using nVidia Quadro 4200... output resolution 4096 x 2160... I removed everything apart from some still high resolution pictures in a kind of slide show with some random transition in between. still I experience the same.

Hello, I've created a very simple show using couple of images and effects but when I go online the display crashes every now and then in a very random way. I did my best to try to trace anything like specific image or specific time but I can't find any specific cause. when display crashed I get Watchout logo on the screen and then I have to use alt+tab to move away from display agent and then alt-tab again to come back to it and press ctrl+w to go full screen to be able to go online again. I've searched the forum for similar cases but I couldn't find solution. display machine is is a windows 7 PC and I've done tweaking. I don't get any error or any indication on production pc either. just wonder if you can give me some hints to follow the cause? Regards, Hashem

Tested today, Mosaic is seen as one display so it does the job pefectly well

video resolution is 4096 x 2160. one more question... we drive this projector with two x Display Port each for half of the 4K to reach full 4K resolution. on nVidia we setup 2x1 Mosaic so windows sees one display in 4K resolution. my question is how watchout would treat it? does it see two display or one? if WO sees two display, then is there any option in WO to bind these two together so we can apply warping on these two as if they are one display?

I'm not sure about actual Workstation resources but it is a good HP workstation as we can drive 4xHD@120Hz with no problem. regarding content we're preparing a WO show out of still high resolution pictures. we have some 4K videos too but I'm not sure what is their spec but we don't have any restrictions on video part. all we care is that it should be uncompressed 4K video. can you recommend any online store which we can download/buy videos that you know are compatible with WO? Hi Jonas, Projector is Barco HDQ 4K35 and by 4K I mean 4096x2160.... currently I have a demo projector and there I just have DP 1.1 so I can't have single stream DP 1.2 from the local market I could find nVidia K2000 and AMD FirePro W5000... I'll try to see if I can find more recent card which you mentioned but in case I couldn't, which of thosa cards would you recommend that I go for? nVidia K2000 or AMD FirePro W5000?

Dear All, we're looking for using Watchout to drive a 4K projector. this projector requires dual stream of Display Port 1.1 to make 4K resolutions on 2 x 2048x2160 side by side. we understand nVidia Quadro K2000 can do 4K on Multi-Stream Transport(MST). I just wonder if you've tested this graphic card before? we can also have AMD FirePro W5000 2 x Display Port, which one is recommended? Best Regards, Hashem
