If I may have a noob question: how would you verify gama level on screen? With a calibration sond like Spider 5 elite? Which states that it can calibrate front projectors. http://spyder.datacolor.com/portfolio-view/spyder5elite/Or with some other metod / equipment?

Sorry for not answering so long, but I had to "dismantle" the instalation and I could not do new tests. The projectors have special multiprojection preset with gama set to 2.2 so this should not be the problem...

Which version of HAP codec do you recommend to use with Watchout 6.1.2? Version 9, 10 or 11 or it doesnt metter as far as I dont use HapQAlpha?

Hello, I am trying to blend two projectors Sony FHZ60 the blend is 400 pixels, automatic wo blend. WO 6.1.2. Win 7, Firepro 7100 and it goes through HDBase-T Atlona. The blend is perfect with some footage, but often two lines can be seen on the sides of the blend area. The easiest and most relyable way is to use autocalibration software from domeprojection.com. They prepare the WO project for you with all the warping - blending and you just drop footage to the timeline. The only question is - if your budget is prepared for that...

Hello, I have one more noob question that comes to me after reading this threat: Do I have to use S 400 sync card for this setup / purpose: One watchnet computer. Two watchpoint computers, withSapphire AMD FirePro W7100 cards (4 outputs each computer) This setup should play 8 videos (8 outputs) blended and in total sync creating one big screen - picture. Hello, I am preparing new instalation where should be possibility of live input from notebook - hdmi. So I have few questions about this topic: Which capture card do you recommend for the lowest delay? Can be also audio "routed" through Media / live video cue? I mean: Notebook hdmi out - Watchout machine capture card hdmi in (watchmaker live video cue) - watchout machine audio out. Or do I have to have separate audio cable from notebook? Is it possible to use live video cue (input from capture card) without watchmaker - with system controled by watchnet? Thank you for answers. Jakub

Hello, I am consulting this problem with support already, but as we can not find the problem solution/source, I want to ask here if somebody has encountered same problem or will have some idea how to solve it. We have system with one production computer (watchmaker version 6) and two watchpaxes 2. Production computer also controles light over ArtNetDMX. It works just fine. Problem is whan we switch from watchmaker to watchnet. Videos are playing just fine, also pj link commands work, but the artnetDMX doesnt work at all. -------------------------------------------------------- We have tested the network. There is around 200 artnet packets/sec when useing wachmaker and not a single one is comeing out of cluster master watchpax when useing watchnet. -------------------------------------------------------- Here is the procedure we do when switching from watchmaker to watchnet: A) I prepare the show in watchmaker - Just with one image (on layer2, main timeline) and one DMXoutput (on layer1, main timeline). I upload this to watchpax by going online and test it - it works with watchmaker like a charm. Than I go offline and switch watchmaker off. C) I switch on watchnet (on the same computer where the watchmaker was) and I choose Subsystems, add the cluster and than power the watchpax off and on. And than I check if the show is there (by the i button on the subsystem page). D) Than I go to script page and make script out of: ClusterLoadShow (with the force reload) wait (1 sec) TimelineControl Than I ran the script with "Run the script" from the main menu. E) I can see that the picture is projected from watchpax as expecetd, but the ArtnetDMX doesnt work. Thanks for any ideas how to solve this.
