I have a proyect and when i start one time line is proyected 3 seconds later i dont know what is the problem the file is prores 422

I need to work whith arduino uno in watchout , a simple proyect there id a tutotial ir PDF information about this? I only need to push one button and run a secuence please help!!!!

How i choose the folder to save de media un the display computer??? Thanks
