  1. yep, but this solution is available only if you don't use the Watchpax, because i cannot add a nic or change the nic installed, in the Pax server. I solved the problem using a desktop computer, like production, where i can chage the nic, and i found the one is working.
  2. i think one thing is missing for me, how i can transfer manually on the Watchpax? i never seen a file manager on it. if is possible, could be a good workaround.
  3. Hello, the HAP is the highest quality I have used on Whatchout. I've tried different types of codecs, but also MP4 which is lightweight, but I haven't found good quality in association with the best fluency. do you have any suggestions on a good codec to use?
  4. in my sistuation is very strange, i've two laptop, one is working but is old and less performer, the second one is good performer, with the same nic vendors, but is not working, and also with a new nic adapter, by another vendor, is not working. crazy situation
  5. Already try this, with a USB-c adapter, but nothing change
  6. Thx for your quick reply. But i cannot add to the watchpax media serve a nic, or i've to find an usb3 nic interface... i try to find it.
  7. Hello I'm going crazy. i'm using watchout 6.7.2, and a watchpax 4. The lan is all at 1 Gb/s, the producre laptop is ah HP Pavillion with AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics 2.90 GHz , m2 disk, 20 GB Ram, windows 10 64 Bit. I'm working with 4x4k output, on watchpax. i am using HAP files and i have to upload about 70GB of files, but it takes about 3 hours or more. the strange thing is that with another laptop, older than mine and less performing than mine, it takes about 20 minutes. i tried plugging an ethernet adapter to usb-c on my laptop, but nothing changes. I see that the transfer does not exceed 100 Mb/s, and I can see on the ethernet graph that there are many times the slow upload at 8/10 Mb/s. I have already tried all suggestions found on the web, regarding slow transfer on windows, but never solved the problem. I'm sure the problem is on my laptop, but I haven't found a solution. I've been using watchout for events and it's very frustrating to finish loading content 5 minutes before the event starts every time. Is there someone who can help me?
  8. I'm using watchpax 20, with 4 different resolutions. 1 3930*1920 2 2880*2430 3 3360*1620 4 3168*1152 the output is on ledwall, and everything is in sync, i'm using HAP videos
