Cant trigger msc from qlab trying to use qlab to trigger watchout

Hello receiving this error, from Display "Display 1" of stage tier "Base" of Stagelist of stage,2021-11-10 19:28:26 Operating system error: 262722; DirectShow media error; Video "faghag/91_pink dot final latest.mpg" of Media List - any idea what wrong?

Watchpax doesnt play the sound for some reason. anyway manage to solve the problem with an external soundcard

cant turn off sound as we have sound from the video. Any other option?

im having the same problem here, im using a desktop for production laptop and watchpax 60.
