  1. We just tested one in our office and it worked. Are you using the ASIO driver?
  2. Roberto, We are sorry that you had this issue. Please send as much information as possible (including WATCHOUT log files and the show file) to Service@showsage.com as well as the best way to contact you. We will work to resolve this issue.
  3. You do not need to explicitly send the 'authenticate 1' from WATCHNET. However, you do have to load the show before you begin issuing any other show-related commands.
  4. The issue you are encountering is the result of WATCHNET issuing an 'authenticate 2' prior to executing the 'load' command. The 'authenticate 2' creates an exclusive connection and prevents commands from other external sources being processed. Since the 'load' command only requires an 'authenticate 1' the workaround is to load the show outside of WATCHNET. One way to do this is to create a startup script (autostart.txt) on the Cluster Master that issues an 'authenticate 1' and then the 'load' command. Using this approach, you will be able to send commands from both your TCP source and WATCHNET (as long as you do not send a 'load' command from WATCHNET).
  5. Hi Marty! To expand on Morgan's response, after putting your open and close cues in Auxiliary Timelines, you could then associate the Auxiliary Timelines with MIDI inputs and use a small MIDI keyboard to fire the Auxiliary Timelines as needed.
  6. Hi, For support in Toronto, we suggest Freeman Canada or FMAV. Contact us at marketing@showsage.com and we will be happy to give you contact information for each.
  7. Brian, You are always welcome to give us a call (847-261-9205) or send us an email (Service@showsage.com) and we will be happy to answer your questions. Regards, Jim
  8. Brian, If you are still looking for suggested USB audio boxes, look at the Behringer UMC1820 or the Focusrite Scarlett 18i20.
  9. Hello Heider, The only solution I have found for this issue is to reboot the computer. Sometimes it may take two or three reboots before the actions are visible again.
  10. Ryan, If the issue persists, contact us directly at Service@showsage.com. Please include the serial number of the server. Regarding the HAP files, on that server, you should be encoding using at least 4 chunks and as many as 8.
  11. You also want to make sure you are encoding with 'chuncks' greater than 1 to make the decoding more efficient. A setting of 4 is common but in your case 6 or 8 will be worth a try.
  12. We have also found that the BMD driver version is important. Try version 10.3. This version presently seems to be stable with WATCHOUT.
  13. Hi Alex, You might look at the Arturia BeatStep. We use it recently in a show booth to trigger Auxiliary Timelines and manipulate Tween values and it worked well.
