    I have tested the EVGA hub, with no troubles with active adapters. With W7000 with R9X270, R9X280. With the test and captures I normally do, I have not seen any problem... just with the w7000 one can not use the EDID function in the hub side which seams obvious. Hope this helps. Regards Adela

    Hello, Is possible, it depends how you want to fix it. You normally need an external geometric calibration program for WATCHOUT. If you are interested, please contact me. What do you mean by an spherical dome 14m x 14m... is 14m diameter and 14m height? You need polar 4K material I recommend. Regards Adela

    Hi, Just a comment if you want to use a Firepro W7000 or another card like R9270 you can use a displayport hub or MST http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814998089 We use this one, works great. If the Firepro is in use, for sure you can not use the edid for this 3 outputs. Regards Adela

    Hello, For me sounds like a missing EDID can it be. That one of the DVI Extenders missed the response. Do you have a EDID minder or something that keeps the EDID on the machines? Regards Adela

    Hi Brent, Which graphic card are you using? Could it be that is getting warm? not any output. Try removing and just leave one projector. Sound to me like the graphic card is giving you trouble. Just an idea. Regards Adela

    I have tested WIndows 8.1 in a real display computer with Z77 and core i7. And with some tweaks, it works. So it can be a lack of resources on the computer hardware. I can tell it works in the display computer and I have used it in a laptop as production computer with 8.1 I have never used a laptop as a display computer. Best regards Adela

    Hi, I have tested and I could get 8 simultaneous inputs, 12 inputs yes, but not at the same time IN THE SAME COMPUTER. I do not know why. I ave tested 8 HDSDI inputs with Blackmagic, SDI quad, just it is 1080p 30. I have not tried with Datapath, but I am on the way. Regards, Adela PS P9x79 WS can do this.     Hi Alex, Do you have an separate EDID manager or does the Gefen has built-in EDID? It can be that some how the EDID is loose in the chain? Just a thought. I normally use CYP, I am quite glad with it. Regards Adela

    Hi Actually one needs to run over the cue. So placing it at 0:00.00 will not work. And more than one cue at the same position is the same, but is enough with setting at 0:00.1 then it will work. and if needed to place another one just make it 0:00.2 I can not consider it a bug, is just that it can not run over if it is at 0:00.00 is on the cue so it does not start....     Hi Basil, There is also a project by Dataton, to make a sphere that is explained, maybe they can share the link for you at the forum. You have to think that you will put your sphere inside a cube so you will cover as much as you can with 4 projectors, one for each side of the cube with out top and down. So you can to cover 3m height at least. Best regards Adela

    Hi Nikalaya, The only idea that I can get is that the files are corrupted or you got some troubles with windows. Do you have a back up image of your display computer? Can you make it as new again? WATCHOUT does not use quicktime any longer on the Display computer side. Since version 5.3 at least. Or delete the show from the display machine and transfer it again so is a clean cash. Just ideas. Hope you can fix it soon. Regards Adela

    Hello, As an Idea, you can put the WATCHOUT network in one address and put another DMX to artnet getting the artnet to this address in the network. WATCHOUT will not work with 2 NIC. Hope I explain my self. Regards Adela

    Do you have active display port adapters? If you do not you will never get more than 2 ouputs. After the second output, normally you need to have active display port adapters. Regards Adela

    Hi I hope I understand your question. You mean you want to have 6 video files with 6 audio out from the same machine ? If is only the length is no problem you can use different auxiliary time lines and send video and audio with the time that you want , if you get the audio out in a channel that correspond with the wave-ex.     Hi, Do you want to control the Avolite with WATCHOUT? IF so, you can send time code from WATCHOUT to the Avolite. OR you can send TCP commands to the Avolite.     Hello, Which language do you speak ? Maybe we can find someone that can help you in your language. It should work, direct, can you tell me which cables are you using? Normally is cables the problem. Using 1080p60 needs a lot of (bandwidth) meaning cable can not be too long and has to be able to take this amount of information. Please try with a short cable first.
