Hi, I have a strange issue . I installed the blackmagic capture card after reboot the driver is missing, there is no capture card in device manager. blackmagic support told me to change the os to 64 bit, so i did but the issue return. I am notice that the issue apear only when watchout is installed on the computer. any suggest?

Hi suddenly, I can't add a new files that have been in use. I made a clean upgrade to 5.5 and it's still happened . any suggest? thank.

Hi, I just upgrade my wo 3 to wo 5.2 and everything works fine except the quicktime H.264 codec. I can't play old QuickTime clips I used with the wo 3. I upgraded QuickTime as well. I wonder if the problem is the windows. The production computer still running win xp pro and the display computer running win 7 Home Prem. thanks
