Problem solved! The installers were originally downloaded on a Mac, then transferred via memory stick to Watchout PC. I copied the link to the installer and downloaded again directly on the Watchout PC - works fine! So somewhere in the Mac download/transfer process the installer was corrupted!

Hi I am in the process of configuring a new operating system build for our Watchout Display machines. I am using Windows 7 64Bit. Everything has gone to plan, but I have come across the following error message when trying to install version 5.3 (same message for 5.2 also) - Can you help? "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you are running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86(32-bit) or x64(64-bit) version of the program and then contact the software publisher"
