JFK, Let me explain what I try to accomplish. Here is the scenario: I have 20 videos for my show, I have 100 tasks, I use these 20 video in different tasks but all with the same resolution. I have a screen 10mx4m. I use scale tween and fit my videos to my screen. Somehow the client changed the screen size to 9.8mx4m. So in that case I have to go to the scale of all of the videos at all the tasks and rescale them one by one. If I had a chance to use a scale preset (like a media server) and use the scale preset for all my 20 videos, then I could just go to this scale preset and change the value to the new size then automatically all of the videos could be rescaled which I used that preset. Is that clear now ? Similar to having presets on lighting desks. Think that you have a huge cue list. You are using a color preset (which you stored before, for example amber color) in your 1.000 cues. Then the director comes and tell you he doesn't like amber, he wants red. Then you don't go to your 1.000 cues and change the amber to red one by one. You only update your amber color preset with red. Then all of your cues which use that preset becomes red. Best regards.

Hi, Is it possible to create a scale preset at Watchout and apply it to a media file ? Then when you need to change the size of all media files after you finished your programming with lots of different media and timelines, just change the scale preset and this will be applied to all media scalings ? Hi, Did anybody sent an output from Display PC with Alpha Channel ? Is that possible ? If possible is there any settings needs to be done at Watchout or the settings need to be done on the graphics card ? What I try to achieve is to send a video with a circle with alpha channel in the center to my Analog Way Ascender and use it as top layer. And place the camera layer under that so the output of Watchout will be masking the live feed. Thanks in advance. Sedat Gündüz

Hi Jonas, I am at an event and I have this problem: I set up the system with 1 Production PC and 1 Display PC. I uploaded more than 20 movies to the timeline. I had a sound quality problem on my display PC output (I am using M Audio fast track usb sound card) for the movies that I am playing from WO. When I play a music from WMP the sound is pretty clear. And I move the sound card to Production PC. Sound quality was better. After 6-7 hours working without any problem, suddenl production PC stop outputting audio from WO. I can play music from WMP but no audio output from WO content. After that I consolidate all my content and copy the show and move everything to my back up Production PC. I had the same problem there. So I started to think that there is a mistake somewhere on my WO show file. Do you think where is the problem ? What could cause to this problem ? Urgent help please... Sedat

I just bought an Analog Way Acsender 32 and it accept 4K input. It has DP plug at the back so probably I will use DP cable for it. jfk or TomT, did you need any EDID management during the graphics card output set up ? Can you give us more information about the codecs, frame rates ? A powerful CPU and SSD is easy to solve. Thanks.

Hi, I have a similar ''Connection Lost'' problem. I go online, say play and the first content starts to play there is no problem again. As soon as I jump in the timeline with mouse or jump from one cue to another with F keys I receive the error and the display computer goes offline. When I say offline and say online again again I connect to display computer. And nothing happens until I jump on the timeline again. I use a 10/100/1000 switch, I have 4 X 1.080P output from Nvidia K5000 graphics card. I have 100M FO cable to each projector. It is first time that I see this problem. I replaced the network switch, I replaced the Production PC, CAT5 cables.. But I still have this problem. I have the event tonight, I need help. Many thanks.
