I am having this issue from 2 weeks ago. My setup consists on a production computer and a display computer connected to 4 screens that make a rectangular display wall. Both are running WO 6.1.6. What is happening is that, randomly, the last screen of the series connected to the Display computer is missaligning, the image starts drawing like 10 lines lower than the rest. In the production computer everything seems fine and there are no chages. There have been no updates or new software installed in any of the computers. This problem randomly appears and dissapears without any sign or warning. Any clues on what could be happening?
Hi! Sort of newbie with WO, but I've searched and can't really find an answer. I have live input through a matrix, to my prodPC and two displayPCs. One of the displayPCs works just fine, it's kinda dark, but fixable. On the other displayPC there's a sort of.. Dark layer on top of the live input? There's also a.. String of pixels that looks correct? According to the prodPC they should show the exact same thing. If I look at what the capturecard in the displayPC gets, the picture is fine. See picture. What could be wrong?
Hi all, I've updated some recommended specifications for Display/Production computers. They are based on Ivy Bridge (LGA1155/Z77) and Sandy Bridge-E (LGA2011/X79) chipsets/processors respectively. Meant as a base/guidelines for new computer builds, please feel free to add on or remove to/from them. We are using Sandy Bridge-E/LGA2011/X79 for our Infocomm 2012 show computers. Please find the specs enclosed. /jonas WATCHOUT-dpcspec rack 4U - 2012 apr IB LGA1155.pdf WATCHOUT-dpcspec rack 4U - 2012 apr SB LGA1155.pdf WATCHOUT-dpcspec rack 4U - 2012 apr SB-E LGA2011.pdf
