I need help identifying what is causing this problem.

The display machine configuration is:
   12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900kf
   64.00 GB of DDR 5 RAM memory
   AMD Radeon PRO W6800 graphics card - 32GBP
   ELGATO HDMI 4K 30P capture card
   windows 10 Entreprise (1903)

Difficult to say. The code is generated by Windows and a very quick search on Google pointed to network communication errors.

Could be a faulty network port or cable but also a broken file of course.

BTW, 6.6.5 is more than 3 years old.
