Can I send curl message in tcp/ip string for WO7?

The WATCHOUT7 protocol is the http protocol. 

I often did WATCHOUT 6 control with TCP/IP on AMX integrated controls. 

It worked as soon as it simply transmitted the protocol created in TCP/IP string type. 

I have no experience using http messages through curl. 

Is it possible to send http messages in TCP/IP strings?

Is there a guide or sample for this?

Programming  AMX 2024 Muse units : scripts written in JavaScript, Python, or Groovy and natively support Low-Code development with Node-RED.   So you can not use old AMX Netlinx studio 4.

In the case of muse, it has been almost a year since its release, but it is almost impossible to use the product because there are still no proper manuals or samples. 

Although AMX is used as an example, TCP/ip String is used as a standard in other products / SW. 

Is the WO7 protocol only available using curl?

The WO6-style protocol is partially implemented in WO7, as you can see in the manual. It's TCP based, and does not require HTTP, so perhaps that could be an option for you?

Yes, that’s right. 

What I often use is to GUI the status and time position of aux timeline running with getStatus.

It's not difficult to do this in WO6

In WO7, if I use getStatus in the wo6 way, I cannot get information about aux timeline. 

 

In addition to this, Dataton recommends using the wo7 protocol rather than wo6
