Chathura
Hello I'm using watchout version 6.6.7 and I’m trying to recreate a show file from the display server and have been following the instructions on the website. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble getting the file to open properly. Has anyone experienced this issue or have any advice on how to resolve it? Any help or additional steps would be greatly appreciated!
Dataton Partner Popular Post RBeddig Posted August 19 Dataton Partner Popular Post Report Share Posted August 19 WATCHOUT 6? Just follow the description word by word. The Spec file is located inside your show folder on the display computer. 1. Rename the Spec file DFC_Data (no file extension) 2. Zip the file 3. Rename the resulting Zip file to Whatever.watch

Dataton Partner Popular Post RBeddig Posted August 20 Dataton Partner Popular Post Report Share Posted August 20 If the show was done with WATCHOUT 6 or older, the steps should lead to success as long as the spec file is not corrupted. Once you start the recovered show, you'll see many error messages that content files are not where they are expected. That's something you have to resort afterwards and the FIND and REPLACE function can help you here a lot. If you don't succeed, you could maybe ask you Dataton Premium Partner for support and send him your spec file for conversion.
