multiple output fail in WO 6.7 Windows 10 display PC

Hello,

We are trying to use a recently acquired small form factor Windows 10 PC (tweaked as suggested) as a WO v6.7 display computer. Watchout does work flawlessly when a single HDMI output is connected, but when one or more outputs are added, the display software goes to a blank screen in every output at startup (instead of the Watchout logo). In Windows, all 4 video outputs are recognized and able to reproduce content at the same time through other programs like VLC. The GPU is an integrated Iris Xe.

Any idea of what could be happening? Please let me know if you have any hints, it does not make much sense to use a license for just a single video output...

Thanks!!

do you receive an error message in the producer?

p.s. expecting 4 outputs out of an SFF pc with an integrated GPU doesn't really make sense either... I do assume your GPU isn't up to the task. Being able to display a desktop is different from trying to render out video live on the outputs...

No, no error messages either in the Producer or in the Display Computer's Watchout logs.

The integrated GPU does not work even for 2 outputs, something a Watchpax 2 easily manages with a much more limited hardware configuration. It is obviously not a "GPU pushed beyond its limit" issue, I believe the problem lies somewhere else.

Here I include 3 short videos from the Display Computer: starting Watchpoint with one HDMI connected (no issues, WO logo indicates the Display Computer is ready to be put online), starting Watchpoint with 2 outputs connected (WO logo flashes for a fraction of a second and goes blank), and returning from the blank screen with the Control-W escape key (normal behavior).

Any ideas?
