Is it possible to select a given cue, copy its position on the stage, and then paste that position onto another cue? is it possible to copy and paste cue parameters in WO? Or do you need to copy and paste the tween data? looking for a solution involving the least amount of clicking / typing.

You could copy and paste the cue itself and then replace the media in that cue by simply dropping a new media item onto it.That way all attributes will be transferred to the new media item.
If you just want to copy position then create a position tween on the first and copy that to the second.
