In the past I've experienced a similar problen, albeit in a much older version.
Do you use the production computer to control the show? If so, could it be that the preview quality is set to 'best quality'?
That would imply that the Production PC has to render all video material at that moment, but it also functions as sync master.
In my experience a small hiccup in the Production PC playback can cause it to skip small bits of the timeline, potentially a bit with a cue on it.

Also, are the displayport to HDMI adapters you used HDMI 2.0? HDMI 1.4 will only accomodate UHD up to 30 fps.

As long as both type of adapters (DVI and VGA) are 'Eyefinity compatible' there's no problem.

I'm with Jonas on this subject. Especially when the system is going to be used in the rental/event business, and therefor will be regularily subjected to transport, the big/heavy Radeon card pose a noticable stability risk. I've built many systems with both Radeon and FirePro and have had to repair/replace quite a few HD7970 and R9 cards. Except maybe for fixed installations nowadays I exclusively use FirePro. Most professional users can't afford the failure risk in relation to the modest (apart from the W9100) difference in price .

With Watchpax 1 you couldn't, with Watchpax 2 you can use a USB to serial converter.

A modest, but entirely adequate card for a system with six outputs is the FirePro W600.

I have started to apply them as 6 output Radeon cards replacing the wellknown HD7970 are practically non existent at the moment.
Prices are comparable with some Radeon models I used before.
Note that this card will NOT combine with a S400 sync board!

Hi Wayne,
We've built several systems with W7000, either with or without S400. Performance is very good, the card uses little space inside the computer and for rental purposes they turn out to be more (mechanically) reliable than the huge heavy Radeon based cards. Well worth the extra price compared to Radeon based cards I think.
As suppliers go, in Europe it's always available at one or more distributors, either as AMD W7000, HP W7000 or Sapphire W7000.

The Codemeter driver should come with the Watchout installation, should not need to install it separately? Maybe go to Control Panel > Programmes and features. uninstall all Dataton and Wibu software. Then make a 'clean' re-install of Watchout 5.3(.1?). Check in Control Panel > Programmes and features that both are installed correctly, should work (always does) I never saw the need to install Codemeter separately.
