Have anyone triggered timelines with a gpi? As anyone try AJA video cards with watchout?

Hello, I´m trying to do same controlling in to the watchout trough a dmx usb controller device (Entec dmx usb pro), but it´s not working. Can anyoune help? I´ve test with a software that the dmx it´s inputing into the device but not on Watchout
