Can we use Magewell Pro Capture HDMI 4K PCIE card for watchout.

I have PC ( Asus X99 E WS motherboard) with a Blackmagic Quad hdmi capture card.and Decklink 4k SDI recorder. In blackmagic Media express it shows all the inputs but in watchout 6.6.1, live input it does not show up.
Can anybody help me with this problem.

I can play this clip at display pc manually, but through watchout i can´t.
I can try to recodify file to hap codec, but in theory h264 must work, and there are a lot of costumers bring me normally this kind of files.
Anybody knows what are the reason and possible solution for this issue.

I am using watchnet to trigger the maintime line for a launch of a product. client wanted a video to be at the background of the button to be triggered. when seeing in a iphone or ipad the video plays full screen on the I devices and the button get hidden. I have disabled auto-fullscreen on iOs Devices in the setting. How can we sort this problem.
