Cant trigger msc from qlab  trying to use qlab to trigger watchout

Hello receiving this error, from Display "Display 1" of stage tier "Base" of Stagelist of stage,2021-11-10 19:28:26

- any idea what wrong?

Watchpax doesnt play the sound for some reason. anyway manage to solve the problem with an external soundcard

im having the same problem here, im using a desktop for production laptop and watchpax 60. Can anyone help please.
