[Blackmagic intensity pro driver suddenly disappear]

Hi,

I have a strange issue .

I installed the blackmagic capture card after reboot the driver is missing, there is no capture card in device manager.

blackmagic support told me to change the os to 64 bit, so i did but the issue return.

I am notice that the issue apear only when watchout is installed on the computer.

any suggest?

Hi all.

 

I have a wo 5.5 system with 6 active outputs, every start up there's 2 disconected outputs and i need to reconfige it to "extend.."

what is cause that?

 

graphic card -  asus hd-7970

4X accel dp-->dvi

win 7 32-bit service pack 1.

I made a clean upgrade to 5.5 and it's still happened .

yes, all the old files are h.264

i added links for two files i used few hours before the upgrade.

 

1-no sound, and too long for loading the file on watchout.

Hi,

 

I just upgrade my wo 3 to wo 5.2 and everything works fine except the quicktime H.264 codec. I can't play old QuickTime clips I used with the wo 3. I upgraded QuickTime as well.

 

I wonder if the problem is the windows. The production computer still running win xp pro and the display computer running win 7 Home Prem.

is anyone tried to mix vga and dvi?

i am want to buy this graphic card to build wo5 system with six outputs:

i need to use 2 vga outputs using active Dp-->vga converter

1-vga with dvi--->vga

3- Dp--->vga (active).

i have wo4 with 4 projectors using vga and i want to upgrade.
