  1. Hi all,

The recent InfoComm show and WATCHOUT Academy in Las Vegas was a resounding success and we hope everyone who dropped by the booth or made it over to an Academy session enjoyed their visit!

At InfoComm, several key booths featured WATCHOUT shows including Christie, projectiondesign, Digital Projection, Salitek, Da-Lite and Merging Technologies. Here's footage from Salitek's WATCHOUT booth show for those of you who didn't make it to Las Vegas. A big thank you to Show Sage, the WATCHOUT Premium Partner for North America, and Salitek!

  4. Hi everyone,

Tune in for some interesting listening… In this recent podcast, Live Life host George Tucker, Mike Fahl of Dataton, Michael Bridwell of Digital Projection, Mike Postupak of Perspective and Justin Lang of PLSN discuss the dramatic changes media servers and projection geometry have had on the event staging industry.

  5. Hi all,

The National Museum of Science and Technology (Tekniska Museet) in Stockholm, Sweden, has just opened a new exhibition showcasing the 100 most important innovations in history, as rated by Swedish voters. Although WATCHOUT didn't make it into the list, you still can't miss it at the exhibition… Informationsteknik, Stockholm, and Eyebrite Film & Visions in Gothenburg delivered a major WATCHOUT production for the exhibition, with over 200 timelines. The display area is both curved and split into squares creating a visually exciting (and highly visible) canvas of images.

  8. Hi,

Dataton's hometown of Linköping, Sweden, celebrated the New Year with a WATCHOUT show on the facade of the city's castle. Informationsteknik provided the technology: WATCHOUT 5 using the multi-head feature. The show premiered on New Year's Eve to rave reviews.

For the seventh year running, the city of Gothenburg in Sweden celebrates the festive season with outdoor WATCHOUT projections covering the facade of the city´s art museum -- all 1,200 sqm + of it -- throughout December. The show uses nine 12,000 ANSI lumen Barco projectors and had around 130,000 viewers last year. Thanks to producers Eyebrite Film and Visions for the heads-up.

    Happy Holidays!

    Best regards,
