froodle
Hi, I'm running ver 5.2, i had a show today with a lot of content running with four seperate destinations basically I had the mp4 running on destination two, what I had programmed is four PSD's to scale up from small to big and stay up at certain times within the space of eight minutes of which the mp4 was running for, two on destination one and two on destination three and nothing on destination four, every time it reached the third PSD the system would lose network connection and revert back to watchout logo, I replaced all files with new files and it still would do this, any ideas why this is happening? when i copied the show file to a computer with 5.5 the error didn't happen, is there known bugs with PSD files? [ 4 x PSD files, 1 x mp4 file]
Neil Stratton
It's a long shot: are all the psds in RGB colourspace and the third one CYMK?
RBeddig
Well, WATCHOUT 5.2 is a rather old version and there have been quite a few updates and bug fixes in between. I would strongly suggest to use either 5.3.1 (which we have used for many months as a very solid version) or to 5.5. There have been some changes lately in the scaling mechanisms too. Best regards Rainer Beddig
