TigzPT
Hi I have a 3x3 Videowall, of NEC X464UN coming out of an AMD FirePro V7900, using 1 output. By default it gets 1920x1080 @ 60Hz but the screens start flickering and don't accept the resolution, it only works properly at 1366x768 @ 60Hz. But if i emulate the EDID of the screens on AMD Control Center and change the Lane option to 1 instead of 4, i get the option of making 1920x1080 @ 30Hz, and it works. My questions are: - Whats the lane option on AMD Control Center? - At which of the options should i work? Im working on a TV studio, looking from the cameras i cant notice much of a difference. thanks
Alex Ramos
The last version of the NEC X464UN are know for having "problems" on the DVI capture card, if the signal is not perfect picture will flicker. NEC X464UN dont like long cables, and as longer the cable lower the resolution/refresh rate they will take. Signal extender must be used or a smaller cable.
