jjpainter
Hey guys, I'm having trouble encoding HAP files as .mov on Windows using Adobe Media Encoder. Currently the only way to encode with HAP is to use .avi it doesn't seem to be an option when using quicktime. On a Mac I'm able to encode to HAP as a quicktime .mov with Adobe Media Encoder. Any suggestions for this?
Walter Soyka
You must first install the HAP QuickTime component, available here: https://github.com/Vidvox/hap-qt-codec You will need to restart Adobe Media Encoder (and any other QuickTime-dependent applications) before Hap is available. w.
jjpainter
I figured it out, I needed to install HAP codecs for quicktime - https://github.com/Vidvox/hap-qt-codec/releases/tag/version-12
