I've received a crash msg saying "Send dump files to support@" and I have sent the link with the files a week ago. I assure you there are people reading and responding to emails coming to support@dataton.se / support@dataton.com. In your case I have no excuse or explanation. I will get in touch with our support team and make sure them get going on your case. Update: When contacting support it is important to add a problem description as well as the dump files. Without that, we cannot help. But you should have gotten informed that we needed more info. Unfortunately that did not happen.
