LiveMedia
When trying to remotely access 1 display PC in v5.2, we are getting an error from vnc (vnc cannot establish remote connection) the Watchout window minimizes on the display PC though. Once we go full screen directly on the display PC the show can be run without any connectivity issues. Does anybody have an idea how this can be fixed? or is this a 5.2 glitch? Jonas Dannert
It works if you open the showfile from within WATCHOUT, although not when double-clicking on the file. This will be corrected in an upcoming release. /jonas
infoaliasgar
What type of VNC software you are using i.e. Real VNC or Ultra VNC? Check it out in FAQ`s section in their respective websites. Alternatively, you can use various other remote support services such as logmeinrescue, gosupportnow etc.
Jonas Dannert
It`s NOT recommended to install another instance of VNC on WATCHOUT computers. This issue is corrected in WATCHOUT 5.3. (and worked up to 5.1) From the "Windows_7_Tweaking_list_2.1.pdf" document: Do NOT use/instal VNC, LogMeIn or similar remote control software, as it will interfere with stable WATCHOUT playback /jonas
