How is your connection to the displays? DP->DP?  Or DP->HDMI?  If so, using active adapters?

Is the windows desktop showing on all 4 outs correctly and have you checked resolution AND framerate on the displays?

You could try load an EDID file on the outputs and see if that helps. https://www.nvidia.com/content/Control-Panel-Help/vLatest/en-us/mergedProjects/nvwks/To_force_an_EDID_at_a_display_connection.htm
You can create the correct EDID file using AW Edid editor or Lightware Device Controller software.
