garylinzer
Hi, I'm looking to purchase Watchout but have a question about the ability to pan or zoom a picture. What I want to do is say zoom in on a picture but at the same time keep the scale the same. Also I want to be able to pan across a picture again keeping the scale or size of the picture the same. Is it possible to do this in Watchout? I tried to do it but was unable to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Gary
Neil Stratton
Hi Gary-to 'zoom in' on an object without using scale tweens, use the Z position control in the Position Tween option.Likewise to pan, use the X position control. Mike Fahl
What I want to do is say zoom in on a picture but at the same time keep the scale the same. I have a hard time undertanding what you want to accomplish. Perhaps you'd get better answers if you describe your problem more clearly.
Member matkeane Posted January 26, 2013 Member Report Share Posted January 26, 2013 It sounds like he wants to pan and zoom the image, without changing the image bounds - like an animated picture within a frame - in which case a second cue used as a matte would do the job.
