  2. Hi Keith- Codemeter 4.30c is much faster to launch than 4.30a which is included in the WO5 installer. Neil Stratton
  3. Hi Ulisses-I use a Hive Industries Micro Cue and simply reprogramme it with a keyboard to signal spacebar instead of Page Up/down. Neil
  4. Thanks for that clarity Jim.On testing here I have found that pressing stop does indeed initiate a faster response as you explain. Thanks for your help. It's back to the show for me! Neil Stratton
  5. Thanks for that Justin-I have a 200ms lead in before the video plays but will increase that to 1 s to see if that helps. I have played it maybe 30 times so far but this morning was the first time it didnt play-well when I say it didnt play what actually happened was only one display played. At that point I was looking for my coat and car keys!
  6. Can anyone advise whether I am better to press stop before pressing play on an auxiliary timeline triggering video? Have had a few instances of not triggering. I am triggering manually from the tasks window. Thanks Neil Stratton
  7. Hi Faico-I cant help you I am afraid but thought you might like to know I have the exact same problem. I also have the problem that WO is slow to update changes in the timeline position and unacceptably slow when handling RGB Capture inputs. My solution has been to revert to XPSP3.Both issues have been resolved in this way.I will stay there until a fix/solution is offered. Good luck Neil
  8. Hi all-finally getting round to getting a card to enable me to use midi show control.Just wondering if anyone has any cards they would recommend and anything I should bear in mind.My plan is to use a midi keyboard to fire auxilliary timelines. Thanks in advance Neil Stratton
  9. Hi all-got to say I am blown away with version 5 here.Having a lot of fun with it right now. As my pocket does actually have a bottom to it I was wondering if anyone had a solution to this.I am working on a show with 1920 x 1080 displays but do not yet have monitors capable of this resolution . Is there a way to work in a reduced resolution then change this for show mode? I suppose one could use a composition and do it that way maybe but not sure how that would pan out. Grateful for any advice. Neil stratton
  10. Hi Jonas-just wondering if you would recommend I move up to Windows 7 from XP? Have been using XP with WO 3.42 happily for years but am now migrating to WO5. Thanks Neil
