madaboutvideo Posted January 20, 2016 Report Share Posted January 20, 2016 Hi, I am using Watchout 6, and am loading an Apple prores 422 File, and it is playing ok, however when starting an error comes in the Messages window saying: Unable to render DS video. Everything continues to play normally. One thing I noticed, after dragging the media on the timeline is that with prores media only, there is some sort of an extension in front of it. Regards, Check to see if there is a hidden piece of media triggering the error. As for the "extension", are you referring to the indicator for the the manual pre-roll option?
