Dataton Partner RBeddig Posted January 21, 2018 Dataton Partner Report Share Posted January 21, 2018 Do you have full administration rights for the user when you try to install? Have you tried to deinstall WATCHOUT 6.1.5 manually through the Windows settings "Programs and Features" part?
truls
Yes, I have full administration rights. And I haven't tried to uninstall WATCHOUT 6.1.5 yet. I just want to know if it is a bug in the installation file to 6.2.
Vollmers
From all I know, and I just upgraded recently with the same versions, it’s always a good idea to uninstall the old version. You really don’t gain anything from not doing it.
