Pauline
All Watchout files and consolidated shows are stored on an external HDD. This harddisk crashed. Is it possible to export the latest show on the Watchnet server back to Watchout so it can be reused and updated. All production content was also on this harddisk. I really hope somebody can help !!
Dataton Partner RBeddig Posted April 2, 2018 Dataton Partner Report Share Posted April 2, 2018 You can recover the show back from the display computer. The "spec" file is actually a copy of the actual project file and can be converted back to be a **.watch file. All the media is also on your display computer(s). Look for the post named: "Rebuild show file?" This explains the necessary steps to recover the show file. Best regards
Mike Fahl
You should also be able to get it all from the WOB file. Just rename WOB to ZIP and unpack it. This should give you all your media files, as well as the "Spec" file rainer mentions above. Mike

Guest DavidA
Hi, Pauline! Glad you got the help you needed! PS! You are not the only woman here, but the AV industry is a bit skewed on the gender side... And that is reflected here too.
