I have done this many times. Get an ethernet shield with your arduino kit and use the TCP/IP classes in arduino to communicate with WO. From there, it is just following TCP socket communication stuff and sending data to WO according to it's various control protocol documentation (in the manual). You should research both the arduino documentation on socket communication and the WO manual for socket control protocols.
