Control WatchPax 60C presets over IP

Yes. WATCHOUT includes IP control. It is documented in the WATCHOUT User Guide, Appendix C.

Commonly, auxiliary timelines are a method of “recalling presets”. Once the connection is established, simple commands provide the function you request. Auxiliary timelines are user nameable, so a simple command like

run “Preset 1”

would do what you need.
