recover show file from watchpoint server Migrating a old Watchout 3.4.2 installtion...

Hello There!
I am trying to migrate this old installation to something new, strangely there is no *.watch file
in the shows folder, just a Cache- and Media folder and a CachedFiles and Spec -file.
This installation runs, so there must be the data somewhere, is it possibile to import
these files in to a new *.watch -file?
