Nima Eshghipour
Hi everyone, My name is Nima Eshghipour, and I am currently working with WATCHOUT 7.4.1. I’ve come across an issue and would appreciate any guidance. When I enable the "Render with Maximum Quality" option in the Device Properties window, I receive the following error message: NVAPI display id XXXXX: Failed to set display color data! Error: NVAPI_NOT_SUPPORTED I suspect this might be related to my NVIDIA drivers or settings, but I’m not sure how to resolve it. Has anyone encountered this issue before, and is there a known solution or workaround? Thank you for any advice or assistance! Best regards, Nima Eshghipour
Member mindopera Posted Friday at 02:33 PM Member Report Share Posted Friday at 02:33 PM Would you mind sharing the specs of your setup. I get this error when I use my laptop as a stand alone producer and runner. When I try and change bit depth, color space, etc, of an output the error presents. I believe this because the Nvidia driver on my laptop is a consumer grade driver. Meaning I don't have access to controls like topology and when I try and change the display those controls don't exist. That's my theory.
Member Quim Posted Friday at 02:33 PM Member Report Share Posted Friday at 02:33 PM Hi Nima, As far I ralised Watchout detects you are using a nVidia card that doesn't support EDID manager, for example if you are using as a Runner a Laptop with a nVidia graphic card.
