thias
It is so that I have a film sequence in the format .mp4, and has a resolution of 3840 x 1606th When I play this on two screens via watchout so do not float on the film. The hacks. Why? Something with the codec I guess. I have an Intel Core i5 with 20GB of RAM so it should not be a problem? Moderator jfk Posted November 16, 2016 Moderator Report Share Posted November 16, 2016 It is so that I have a film sequence in the format .mp4, and has a resolution of 3840 x 1606th Both frame rate and whether it is progressive or interlaced will have a significant impact as well. When I play this on two screens via watchout so do not float on the film. The hacks. Could you try that error description again - not sure what that means? Why? Something with the codec I guess. Certainly could be, there are many settings within a codec that can affect playback quality. So any codec that works well for one person could work altogether differently for another person based on the variations of the multitude of settings within the codec. I have an Intel Core i5 with 20GB of RAM so it should not be a problem? Could be many things, but the i5 processor seems a bit weak. All that RAM does not matter. For playback, anything above 4 Gb RAM is meaningless. (Capture cards could benefit from larger amounts of RAM, but even then, 20 seems overkill).
