Benjamin Posted January 16, 2022 Report Share Posted January 16, 2022 Hello, A client with a Watchpax 20 (or whatever model preceded this model with USB-A instead of USB-C) is asking that his assets (Audio files and photos) be retrieved off the internal drive. I have never worked with any Watchpax or Dataton device. Can the the presentation assets be retrieved easily over the network? Can they be retrieved locally though USB? Dataton Partner Benoit Posted January 16, 2022 Dataton Partner Report Share Posted January 16, 2022 Hello Benjamin, You can plug a mouse and a keyboard (or better an USB hub with an USB key), close Watchout (Ctrl+W or Ctrl+Alt+Suppr), and start explorer.exe from the task manager.
