No. Windows 10 was introduced AFTER WATCHOUT 5 went end of life. so WATCHOUT 5 was never tested or adjusted for Windows 10. While I have run WATCHOUT 5.5.2 Production on Windows 10 Pro, I have never tried WATCHOUT Display (my win 10 laptop was working with WATCHPAX running v5.5.2). I am not surprised it does not work, I would not try it with WATCHOUT Display. But you may look at gpu settings to see if your error could be corrected.
