BobBezier Posted October 4, 2012 Report Share Posted October 4, 2012 I will be remotely upgrading a client's Watchout version to 4.5.1 Once it is installed on the production computer, will it automatically propagate to the display computers--or prompt me to decide on that action? Jonas Dannert Posted October 5, 2012 Report Share Posted October 5, 2012 WATCHOUT will, but unfortunately not the WIBUkey/CodeMeter software. For this you have to install manually, on each computer. Please perform a clean un-install/re-install on the computers: Clean UN-install & RE-install of WATCHOUT Start with the Production computer: 1) Disconnect the WIBU-key/CodeMeter dongle 2) Uninstall WATCHOUT and WIBU-key/CodeMeter software 3) Restart. 4) Remove any eventual remaining WATCHOUT or WIBU-key/CodeMeter parts on the computer (In some, rare, cases, this even requires cleaning the registry, running "regedit" from Run...) 5) Install the new WATCHOUT again, fresh. 6) Restart. 7) Connect the key again and let it install. 8) Do the same process on your Display computer/s 9) Launch your show and go online.
